I would have liked crispy skin on the teriyaki chicken, like in the stock picture, but the chicken was lovely and tender, so I didn't mind. The teriyaki sauce was rather citrusy, but that goes very well with the chicken. I was surprised to see teriyaki sauce on the inari, but that also worked deliciously well. The agedashi tofu was good, but, again, it's just teriyaki sauce on. It's fine, but with all the other dishes with teriyaki sauce already, a different kind of sauce would have been nice.
